摘 要:通过两层线性模型分析教师工资指数对学生参与课外补习的影响,发现我国中小学教师工资指数整体偏低,而中小学教师工资指数对学生参与课外补习有显著负影响,即教师工资指数越低,学生课外补习参与率越高。各级政府应加大对中小学教师工资的财政投入,以教师工资指数为参照标准努力提高中小学教师工资水平,从而减少我国基础教育领域课外补习的供给和需求,为禁止在职教师参与课外补习政策提供保障。Based on data from China Family Tracking Survey 2016(CFPS 2016), the paper studied the impact of teacher salary index on students’ participation in private tutoring through a two-level linear model. The result showed that the primary and secondary school teachers’ salary index has a significant negative effect on students’ participation in private tutoring. The higher the index, the lower the participate rate. Governments at all levels should increase financial investment in teachers’ salaries in primary and secondary schools, and try to improve the level of teachers’ salaries with the teachers’ salary index as the reference standard, which will help reduce the supply and demand of after-class tutoring in the field of elementary education in China, and also provide a strong policy guarantee for prohibiting in-service teachers from participating in after-class tutoring.
