摘  要:专业学位研究生教育实践基地近年来形成了理论与实践相结合的创新人才培养体系,成为指导工程硕士生实践基地建设的理论逻辑。立足功能主义,夯实知识基础、过程控制及质量评价,是工程硕士生实践基地建设的实践指向。政企校协同作用下,政策扶持保障体系的建构,"工程类"双导师队伍的建设,立体多元的校企一体化建设机制和以实践案例为导向的专业教学体系的建立,是工程硕士生教育实践基地建设的根本出路。In recent years, the practice base of professional postgraduate education has formed an innovative talent training system combining theory and practice, which has become the theoretical logic guiding the construction of practice base for engineering master students.Based on functionalism, it is the practice direction of the construction of practice base for engineering master students to consolidate knowledge base, process control and quality evaluation.Therefore, the fundamental way out for the construction of educational practice base for engineering master students should be under following conditions which are the coordination of government, enterprise and school;the construction of policy support and guarantee system;the construction of "engineering" double supervisor team;the establishment of three-dimensional and diversified school-enterprise integration construction mechanism and the establishment of practical case oriented professional teaching system.
