浅析中等职业学校体育教师的专业成长

摘　　要：在教学改革的大背景下,中等职业学校的师资队伍建设非常必要。文章以提高教师专业成长为研究,明确了加强体育教师专业成长的必要性,并分析了当前中等职业学校体育教师专业成长的几个问题,最后提出了几点建设中等职业学校体育教师队伍,提高其专业成长的建议。Under the background of teaching reform,the construction of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools is very necessary.Based on the research of improving the professional growth of teachers,this paper clarifies the necessity of strengthening the professional growth of physical education teachers,analyzes some problems in the professional growth of physical education teachers in secondary vocational schools at present,and finally puts forward some suggestions for constructing the contingent of physical education teachers in secondary vocational schools and improving their professional growth.
