摘  要:目的:探讨在非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训麻醉教学中应用案例分析结合模拟教学法的效果。方法:选择于2017年1月-2019年1月在石河子大学医学院第一附属医院麻醉科轮转的非麻醉专业住培学员60名,随机分为观察组和对照组(n=30),观察组在传统教学基础上采取案例分析结合模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。观察两组学员日常理论考核成绩、阶段性Mini-cex评分、出科理论及技能考核成绩、日常教学满意率及综合满意度评分以评价教学效果。结果:观察组日常理论考核成绩、阶段性Mini-cex评分、出科理论及技能考核成绩、综合满意度评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训日常麻醉教学中应用案例分析结合模拟操作教学法,可取得较好的教学效果。To explore the effect of case analysis combined with simulated teaching method in the standardized training of non-anesthesiologist residents.Methods:60 non-anesthesiologist residents were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group adopted the teaching method of case analysis combined with simulation operation on the basis of daily traditional teaching.Results:Significant differences in daily theoretical assessment scores,Mini-CEX scores,theoretical and skill assessment scores and comprehensive satisfaction scores between two groups.Conclusion:Case analysis combined with simulated operation teaching method in the standardized training of residents majoring in non-anesthesia can achieve better teaching results.
