摘　　要：校企联合培养是提高专业硕士研究生实践能力的有效培养模式,是我国专业学位研究生培养模式改革的重点。针对这一典型模式,文章联系我国专业学位研究生培养改革政策,分析专业学位研究生校企联合培养模式发展现状,分析目前存在的问题,探讨校企联合培养模式未来的建设方向。在实际工作中,建立校企联合培养长效机制,提高研究生的实践能力。College-enterprise Joint Cultivation Mode is an effective training mode to improve the practical ability of professional postgraduate,and it is also the key point of the cultivation mode reform of professional postgraduate in China.In view of this typical mode,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the mode,analyzes the existing problems,and probes into the future construction direction of the mode.In the practical work,establish a long-term mechanism of College-enterprise Joint Cultivation Mode to improve the practical ability of graduate students.
