摘 要:目的了解本县外环境水体和海产品副溶血性弧菌污染现状和流行特征,为本县海产品副溶血性弧菌污染风险评估提供科学依据。方法采集外环境水体(包括溪水、近岸港口水和养殖海水等)、养殖和市售水产品(鱼类、甲壳类和贝壳类等海鲜)进行病原学检测。结果采集定点样品750份,其中水样270份、海产品480份。结果检出副溶血性弧菌阳性标本407份,检出率为54.27%。外环境水样副溶血性弧菌138株,检出率为51.11%,其中海水检出率为87.04%(94/108);海产品副溶血性弧菌269株,检出率为56.04%。海产品中检出率最高的是贝壳类,其检出率为70.56%(127/180),鱼类与贝壳类差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),甲壳类与贝壳类差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宁海县养殖海水副溶血性弧菌污染较为普遍、贝壳类等海产品副溶血性弧菌检出率较高,应适时加强监测防控和饮食管理。Objective To know the pollution and epidemiological characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in water and marine products of Ninghai County’s external environment,so as to provide scientific basis for risk assessment of Vibrio parahaemolyticus pollution in the marine products from this county.Methods Water samples from external environment(including stream water,offshore water and aquaculture sea water,etc)and marine products samples in aquiculture and local market were collected for etiological detection.Results A total of 750 fixed-point samples were collected,including 270 water samples and 480 marine products samples.The results showed that there are 407 samples of Vibrio parahaemolyticus,with the detection ratio of 54.27%.There are 138 Vibrio parahaemolyticus from external water samples,and the detection ratio is up to 51.11%,in which 87.04%(94/108)from sea water.There are 269 Vibrio parahaemolyticus from marine products,with the detection ratio of 56.04%.The highest detection ratio of marine products is from shellfish,and the detection ratio is up to 70.56%(127/180).There is statistical significance on the difference of fish and shellfish(P<0.05),and there is no statistical significance on the difference of crustaceans and shellfish(P>0.05).Conclusion The pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquaculture seawater is common in Ninghai County,and the detection ratio of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in marine products such as shellfish is high.Therefore,surveillance,control and dietary management should be strengthened in due course.
