摘 要:作为对已有教育理论与实践的继承与超越,核心素养教育存在实施的必要性、可能性。教师的核心素养教育胜任力具有客观性特质,在结构上包括专业能力、专业知识、基本理念和职业道德。它既是具有内在结构的独立存在,又是具有相互联系的整体存在。只有经历“接触—认识”“认同—接受”和“践行—反思”等基本环节,教师才能逐步从练手转变为熟手,进而提升到名师或专家层次。核心素养教育胜任力的培育路径包括自主学习和自主试验等自主探索,专题培训和教学示范等外部驱动,绩效考核改革和社会舆论转变等环境支持。The key competency education is the inheritance and transcendence of existing education theory and practice,and has the necessity and possibility of implementation.Thus,teachers’competence of key competency education is put forward.Teachers'competence of key competency education with objective traits includes professional competence,professional knowledge,basic ideas and professional ethics.They are not only the independent existence with internal structure,but also the integral existence with mutual connection.The development of teachers'competence of key competency education needs to go through the basic steps of"contact-recognition""identification-acceptance"and"practice-reflection",so that an inexperienced teacher could grow to become a skilled teacher,and then to a top teacher or an expert.The path of improving teachers'competence of key competency education includes independent exploration such as independent learning and independent experiment,external assistance such as special training and teaching demonstration,and supportive environment such as performance evaluation reform and public opinion transformation.
