摘  要:综合性附属医院临床医学教学管理系统信息化改造具有以下难点:临床课程教学形式和方法多样,排课难度和工作量大;各专业临床轮转和实践课程同步进行,管理难度大;需要有可视化的学生成长轨迹分析和庞大的临床教师个人和团队的教学绩效评价、科学分析和即时性读取,具有挑战性。利用微服务架构所具有的小型化、自治性、轻量级通信、技术中立、灵活部署等特点,也利用容器技术的优点,研发了一套基于微服务架构的临床医学教学管理系统。该系统使临床医学教学管理的各项功能智能化,还具有部署灵活、管理简便、容易维护和扩展等优点,有着重要的实用价值和推广价值。The information construction of comprehensive affiliated hospitals has the follow-ing difficulties: the teaching forms and teaching methods of clinical course are various so that it is very difficult and is heavy workload to arrange classes;it is difficult to realize implementation of management as rotation of internship and practical courses of various majors are carried out sim-ultaneously;challenges exist because visualized analysis of students’ growth and the big data bas-ed evaluation of teaching performance of clinical teachers and team, which should be kept in real-time, are necessary in our teaching management system. Micro-service framework has some-valu able advantages, including miniaturization, autonomy, lightweight communication, technology neu-trality, and flexible deployment. Utilizing these advantages, a set of clinical medical teaching man-agement system was developed based on micro-service framework and container technique. This system can intellectualize all functions of the clinical medical teaching management system, and is of flexible deployment, simple management as well as maintenance and extension. Therefore, it has important practical value and promotion value.
