网络新媒体报道中的情感动员——以四川木里火灾报道为例

摘　　要：在报道内容中融入情感因素已成为新媒体报道的重要趋势。以甘姆森的诠释包裹理论为分析工具,以四川木里森林火灾为案例,对新媒体报道中的情感动员策略进行研究。研究发现,网络媒体从基础情感和复杂情感两个层面呈现事件内容,并采用情感动员策略调动受众的情感。具体表现为:在隐喻框架中运用共享文化符号诱发情感生成;运用范例框架建构“英雄主义”语境持续情感热度;在标语框架中设置“集体哀悼”和“集体祈愿”的情感仪式;在叙述话语中挖掘“亲密关系”和“社会关怀”的情感叙事。新媒体报道中情感框架运用的走向,提醒主流媒体要遵循新媒体运作规律,更好地发挥新闻舆论的引领力。It has become an important trend in new media to integrate emotional factors into the news report.The paper takes the interpretive package theory of W.Gamson as an analysis tool and takes the fire in Muli,Sichuan Province as an example to research the emotional mobilization strategy in news media reports.The research shows that the media reports the event from two aspects of basic emotion and complex emotion,which is related to the emotional characteristics of the event itself.The news report also adopts the emotional mobilization strategy to mobilize the emotion of audience,which are specifically:using shared cultural symbols in the metaphor framework to induce emotion generation;using the example framework to build a“heroic”context to continue the emotional heat;setting the emotional rituals of“Collective Mourning”and“Collective Praying”in the slogan framework;exploring the emotional narrative such as“Intimate Relationship”and“Social Concern”in the narrative discourse.The application of the emotional framework of new media reports reminds the mainstream media to follow the rules of new media operation and to better play the leading role of news public opinion.
