摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于住房和城乡建设工作的重要批示精神,完善城市步行和非机动车交通系统,改善城市绿色出行环境,提升城市品质,《住房和城乡建设部关于开展人行道净化和自行车专用道建设工作的意见》(建城〔2020〕3号,以下简称《意见》)于2020年1月发布,对相关工作进行了具体的部署。《意见》有哪些要点和特征?如何理解提出的具体要求?在行业内有什么样的反响?针对这些问题,本刊邀请这一领域的10位专家,从不同角度呈现观点,为各城市在下一步工作中促进《意见》的落地实施提供参考。To implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on Housing and Urban-Rural Construction,i.e.improving pedestrian and non-motorized transportation system,urban green travel environment,and urban livable quality,the Guidance of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for Enhancing Pedestrian Space Protection and Bicycle Lanes Construction was released at the beginning of January 2020.To answer the questions of what are the key points and characteristic of the guidance?How to interpret the detailed requirements of the guidance?What's the impact of the guidance on urban transportation development,our journal has invited 10 experts to voice their views from different perspectives on the topics,which provides references to cities'implementation of guidance.
