摘 要:本试验旨在探讨日粮添加有机铜、锌、锰及蛋氨酸对后备猪胴体组成及骨特性的影响。试验选择360只体重为(28.8±8.8)kg的后备母猪,旨在评价4种日粮处理的效果:(1)对照组;(2)对照日粮+10、20和50mg/kg有机铜、锰和锌(T1组);(3)对照日粮+蛋氨酸(蛋氨酸:赖氨酸为1.02,T2组);(4)对照日粮+有机微量元素+蛋氨酸(T3)。在研究跛足和生长性能时,选择40只体重为(171.5±8.1)kg的后备猪作为样本。在处理期间,同时按照生长速度对猪只进行统计(最终平均日增重为(922±31.1)g/d为高生长速度,(838±36.3)g/d为低生长速度)。整个骨密度以Hounsfield值(HU)表示,值越大密度越大。结果 :T1组胫骨长度较对照组提高0.75cm(P <0.05),骨密度> 140HU,较对照组和T2组提高10%(P <0.05)。T1组胫骨弯曲力和断裂强度最高,T2和T3组居中。T1组掌骨脱脂干物质、灰分、钙和磷含量均显著大于对照组(P <0.05)。对照组的软骨病总分显著高于T3组(P <0.05)。综上所述,日粮补充有机微量元素可增强后备猪骨强度和骨密度,蛋氨酸可提高高密度骨比例,日粮添加有机微量元素结合蛋氨酸降低了后备猪软骨病变评分。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of organic copper,zinc and manganese,and methionine on carcass composition and bone characteristics of reserve pigs. A total of 360 gilts with a body weight of(28.8±8.8)kg were selected to evaluate the effects of 4 diets :(1) control group;(2)control diet +10,20 and 50 mg/kg organic copper,manganese and zinc(T1);(3)control diet + methionine(methionine :lysine 1.02,T2);(4)control diet + organic trace elements + methionine(T3). Moreover,40 piglets with a body weight of(171.5±8.1)kg were selected for lameness and growth. During the treatment,the pigs were counted according to the growth rate(the final average daily weight gain was(922±31.1)g/d for high growth rate and(838±36.3)g/d for low growth rate). The whole bone density was represented by the Hounsfield value(HU),and the greater the value,the greater the density. Results :the tibial length of T1 group was increased by 0.75 cm(P < 0.05),and the bone mineral density of > 140 HU was increased by 10%(P < 0.05). The bending force and fracture strength of tibia in group T1 were the highest,while those in T2 and T3 groups were in the middle. The contents of degreased dry matter,ash,calcium and phosphorus in metacarpal bone in T1 group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.05). The total score of rickets in control group was significantly higher than that in T3 group(P < 0.05). To sum up,dietary supplementation of organic trace elements can enhance the bone strength and bone density of reserve pigs,methionine can improve the proportion of high-density bone,and dietary addition of organic trace elements combined with methionine can reduce the lesion score of reserve pigs’ cartilage.
