摘 要:构建了玉米麸基质的组合式浮床(IFB-CF)和轻质陶粒基质的组合式浮床(IFB-LC),研究了组合式浮床对氮磷的去除效果以及水生植物(水芹)营养水平和微生物种群特性。结果表明:IFB-CF对TN、COD的去除率分别为67.55%、66.06%,IFB-LC对TN、COD的去除率分别为31.37%、86.89%。采用Miseq高通量测序表征发现,玉米麸表面具有比轻质陶粒更丰富的微生物种群和微生物量;IFB-CF和IFB-LC内水芹营养水平也存在一定的差别。An integrated floating bed with corn flakes(IFB-CF) and an integrated floating bed with lightweight ceramsite(IFB-LC) were constructed. Nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency,the nutrient level of Oenanthe javanica and the microbial population characteristics of the combined floating beds were investigated,respectively. The removal rates of TN and COD of IFB-CF were 67.55% and 66.06%,while the removal rates of TN and COD of IFBLC were 31.37% and 86.89%,respectively. The corn flakes surface had richer microbial population and mass than those of light ceramsite through the Miseq high-throughput sequencing method. The nutritional energies of Oenanthe javanica in the IFB-CF and IFB-LC were different.
