近代我国暑期体育学校:发展历程、办学特征及启示

摘　　要：采用文献资料、历史分析等研究方法对近代我国暑期体育学校的发展历程、办学特征进行了梳理。暑期体育学校经历了萌芽期、发展期、鼎盛期、式微期。近代我国暑期体育学校的办学宗旨聚焦于体育师资培养、体育工作者在职培训及普通体育爱好者体育技能培训;体育专门学校与高等院校体育系科、体育组织、教育主管部门是暑期体育学校的主要创办者。在各方强有力的组织支持与名家参与下,暑期体育学校秉承社会现实需要的理念,采用"学科"与"术科"相结合的课程安排方式,邀请名家授课与演讲,同时也搭建了体育学术交流的平台。为当下暑期体育学校的创办提供了历史镜鉴:开办不同目标指向的暑期体育学校,重视行政力量、权威人物对暑期体育学校的推动作用,专业体育院校和大学体育院系应成为暑期体育学校的主办者,强调暑期体育学校启发性的教学目标和互动性的教学过程。The development process and running characteristics of summer sports schools in modern China were summarized by means of literature study, historical analysis and other research methods. Summer sports school experienced the embryonic period, development period, peak period, and decline period.The aim of summer sports schools in modern China focused on the training of sports teachers, on-the-job training of sports workers and training of sports skills for ordinary sports lovers. Sports colleges and sports departments of universities, sports organizations, education departments were the main founders of summer sports schools. With the strong organizational support from all parties and the participation of famous people, the summer sports schools adhered to the practical needs of society, adopted the form of curriculum arrangement combining "discipline" and "skill", invited famous people to give lectures and lectures, and built a platform for academic exchange of sports. Summer sports schools with different targets of, attaching great importance to the administrative power and authorities. Sports colleges and universities sports departments should become the organizers of the summer sports school, emphasize on the inspired inspirational teaching goal and the interactive teaching process.
