摘 要:针对压燃发动机部分预混燃烧的燃烧始点实时检测问题,提出了一种基于倒拖缸压曲线预测的燃烧始点检测算法:利用自适应系数对等效等熵指数进行预测,使用等效等熵指数预测倒拖缸压曲线,设定缸压阈值,当实测缸压与预测倒拖缸压的差值大于缸压阈值时判定燃烧开始。试验结果表明,基于倒拖缸压曲线预测的燃烧始点检测算法,倒拖缸压曲线预测的绝对误差小于20kPa,该算法能够在试验工况下实时检测燃烧始点。For the real-time detection problem of combustion timing of partially-premixed combustion in a compression combustion engine,the algorithm in which combustion timing was detected based on the prediction of motoring cylinder pressure curve was proposed.The equivalent isentropic index that was predicted according to the self-adaptive coefficient and then predicted the curve of motoring cylinder pressure,the threshold of cylinder pressure was then set,and the combustion was identified when the difference between measuring and predicting cylinder pressure was beyond the threshold.Experimental results show that the absolute prediction error of motoring cylinder pressure is less than 20 kPa and the algorithm can real-time detect the combustion timing under the engine test conditions.
