摘 要:目的探讨脑红蛋白(NGB)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)对脑缺血耐受中的作用,并初步分析三者是否与短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)预后有关。方法分别采用酶链免疫吸附法(ELISA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶法及硫代巴比妥酸法检测38例健康为对照组患者、134例TIA为实验组患者(以ABCD3-I评分分为低危组30例、中危组82例、高危组各22例)的NGD、SOD及MDA的水平。结果 (1) NGD、SOD及MDA活力值实验组高于对照组,且NGD、SOD及MDA活力值在低、中、高危组有差异,但MDA活力值差异无统计学意义;(2)在TIA 90d后转归中TIA进展为脑梗死组SOD、NGB较TIA未进展为脑梗死组低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TIA进展为脑梗死组MDA较TIA未进展为脑梗死组高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清NGB及血清SOD活力值与TIA预后有关,其值随着TIA危险倾向的增高而降低,有可能成为其预后的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the role of neuroglobin(NGB),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malonaldehyde(MDA) in cerebral ischemic tolerance,and to analyze whether they can be related to prognosis of transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods NGB,SOD and MDA were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)、xanthine oxidase and thiobarbituric acid assay in 38 healthy control subjects,134 TIA patients.The patients with TIA were divided into three groups by ABCD3-I score(30 cases of low-risk group;82 cases of medium risk group;22 cases of high-risk group).Results The expression of NGB,SOD and MDA were higher in the experimental group,and the expression of NGB,SOD and MDA were different in the low-risk,medium-risk and high-risk groups.But the differences of MDA were not statistically significant.After 90 days in TIA,SOD and NGB in the group with cerebral infarction were lower than those without cerebral infarction,and the difference was statistically significant.MDA in the group with cerebral infarction was higher than that in the group without cerebral infarction.But the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion NGB and SOD activity may be a biological indicator for predicting the prognosis of TIA,and its value decreases with the increase of TIA risk tendency.
