西藏林芝市售西藏金耳与云南金耳矿质元素比较分析研究

摘　　要：本研究以西藏林芝市售西藏金耳与云南金耳干品为研究对象,采用国家标准方法测定两种金耳中的15种矿质元素。研究结果表明,两种金耳的Cd(镉)、Pb(铅)、As(总砷)的含量均符合国家标准,云南金耳的Hg(总汞)含量超过国家标准。西藏金耳的Na(钠)、Mg(镁)、Al(铝)、Ca(钙)、Mn(锰)、Fe(铁)和Zn(锌)含量明显高于云南金耳,云南金耳的Si(硒)、K(钾)含量明显高于西藏金耳,B(硼)和Cu(铜)的含量在两种金耳中含量相差不大。本研究可为西藏金耳的进一步开发利用及精深加工提供科学依据和理论参考。In this study,the Tibetan Tremella aurantialba and Yunnan Tremella aurantialba dried products sold in Nyingchi were used as the research objects.The national standard method was used to determine 17 mineral elements in the two gold ears.The results show that the contents of Cd,Pb and As(total arsenic)of the two samples were qualified in line with national standards,and the total mercury content of Yunnan Tremella aurantialba exceeded the national standards.The contents of Na,Mg,Al,Ca,Mn,Fe and Zn in Tibetan Tremella aurantialba were significantly higher than those in Yunnan,and the contents of Si and K in Yunnan Tremella aurantialba were significantly higher than those in Tibet.The contents of B and Cu were not significantly different in the two samples.This study provided scientific basis and theoretical reference for the further development,utilization and deep processing of Tremella aurantialba in Tibet.
