摘 要:围绕顾客价值开展商业活动,是商业企业获得核心竞争力的有效途径.本文从研究顾客价值内涵出发,探讨了新形势下顾客价值与商业企业核心竞争力之间的关系,提出围绕顾客价值提升企业核心竞争力的有效举措.It is an effective way for commercial enterprises to obtain core competitiveness to develop business activities around customer value.Based on the study of the connotation of customer value,this paper discusses the relationship between customer value and the core competitiveness of commercial enterprises in the new situation,and puts forward the concept of customer value effective measures to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises around customer value.
