从伏邪理论探讨卵巢癌侵袭转移防治思路

摘　　要：伏邪理论在疾病的诊断与治疗中发挥重要作用。卵巢癌侵袭转移的特点与伏邪的潜伏隐匿性、动态流动性、邪气累积性、缠绵不愈性等性质相吻合,为从伏邪理论角度探讨卵巢癌侵袭转移提供了理论基础和可能性。故在伏邪理论的视角下分析卵巢癌的侵袭转移,结合其正虚邪伏的特点,探讨伏邪与卵巢癌侵袭转移背后的作用机制。并依此探讨机体体质调节、温阳祛瘀、扶正祛邪等方法对防治卵巢癌侵袭转移的临床价值及前景。The hidden pathogen plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Characteristics of invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer are consistent to latent hiding,dynamic fluidity,evil accumulation and lingering unhealing.It provides a theoretical basis and possibility for exploring the invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer from hidden pathogen.On the basis of this,combining body weakness and evil hidden,this article explored the mechanism of action behind invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer.Besides,it discussed the clinical value and prospect in the prevention and treatment of invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer,through body constitution adjustment,warming yang and removing stasis,strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.
