摘  要:为有效防控煤矿员工反生产行为,利用山西省煤矿企业318份有效问卷调查数据,以心理契约破裂为中介变量,采用结构方程模型方法探讨了组织公正对矿工反生产行为的作用机制。结果表明:组织公正各维度均负向影响矿工反生产行为,影响大小依次为互动公正、程序公正、分配公正;心理契约破裂显著正向影响矿工反生产行为;心理契约破裂在组织公正影响矿工反生产行为的关系中发挥部分中介作用。To effectively prevent and control the counterproductive work behavior of coal mine employees, taking psychological contract breach as a mediator variable, and using the data from 318 effective questionnaires of coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province, we use structural equation model method to explore the mechanism of organizational justice on miners’ counterproductive work behavior. The results show that all dimensions of organizational justice negatively affect the counterproductive work behavior of miners, and the order of influence is interactive justice, procedural justice and distributive justice;the psychological contract breach has a significant positive impact on the miners’ counterproductive work behavior;the psychological contract breach plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between organizational justice and counterproductive work behavior of miners.
