摘　　要：To the Editor:Intracranial lipomas(ICLs)are very rare congenital malformative lesions accounting for about 0.1%to 1.7%of all intracranial tumors.[1,2]Herein we describe a rare case of a lipoma affecting the cerebral interhemispheric cisterns in association with malformations of cortical development(MCD),hypogenesis of the corpus callosum,and abnormal vasculature.
