摘　　要：目的:研究法国药物滥用监测体系,为我国药物滥用监测工作提供经验。方法:查阅相关资料,了解法国药物滥用监测体系的构成和工作内容。结果:法国以公共卫生法典为依据,设置了13个区域药物滥用监测中心,采取多样化的监测和评估工具构建了全面、互补的成瘾监测网络。结论:建议以法国为鉴,完善我国药物滥用监测相关法律,科学配备药物滥用监测机构和人员,探索主动监测的流行病学调查项目,完善我国药物滥用监测网络构建。Objective:To introduce the French drug abuse monitoring system and to provide reference for drug abuse monitoring in China.Methods:To obtain the composition and work content of the French drug abuse monitoring system by consulting relevant literature and regulatory materials.Results:With the Public Health Code as a legal basis,France set up 13 regional drug abuse monitoring centers,and adopted a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation tool to build a comprehensive and complementary addiction monitoring network.Conclusion:It is recommended to use France as a reference to improve the superiority of drug abuse monitoring in China and to scientifically set up drug abuse monitoring institutions and personnel,explore active surveillance epidemiological investigation projects,and improve the construction of drug abuse monitoring networks in China.
