教学查房在低年资医师培养中的应用

摘　　要：教学查房是培养低年资医师临床思维能力和临床实践能力的有效途径,也是提高各级医师工作能力和诊治水平的重要环节。文章以胸外科教学查房为例,对教学查房前的准备、教学查房过程中的实施、教学查房后的总结展开论述,旨在探讨教学查房中存在的主要问题并解决问题,以提高教学查房的教学效果,提高低年资医师的临床诊疗水平和临床思维能力。Teaching ward rounds is an effective way to cultivate the clinical thinking ability and clinical practice ability of junior physicians,as well as an important link to improve the working ability and diagnosis and treatment level of physicians at all levels.This paper takes the teaching ward rounds of thoracic surgery as an example to discusse the preparation before the teaching ward rounds,the implementation during the teaching ward rounds and the summary after the teaching ward rounds,aiming to find out solutions for the main problems existing in the teaching rounds,improving the teaching effect of the teaching ward rounds,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment level of the junior physicians and their clinical thinking.
