摘  要:目的 探讨情境模拟教学在呼吸内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 将60名学生随机分成2组各30名,其中常规组按传统教学模式教学,研究组按情景模拟模式教学,对比2组问卷调查(分学生问卷及教师问卷两种)、考试(包括三基考试、专业考试及实践考试)、学生去向追踪(即综合能力远期评价)结果。结果 研究组问卷调查、考试、学生去向追踪的各项考核指标均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 呼吸内科教学中情境模拟教学的应用效果确切,可提高实习生的呼吸内科理论和技能及综合能力,提高实习生和教师的满意度。Objective To explore the application of situational simulation in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods The 60 students participating in the study were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases each.The conventional group was taught according to the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was taught according to the scene simulation mode.The teaching effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Two groups were compared:questionnaire survey(divided into student questionnaire and teacher questionnaire),examination(including three basic examinations,professional examinations and practical examinations),and student whereabouts tracking(i.e.,long-term comprehensive ability evaluation).Results The results of the research group questionnaire survey(divided into student questionnaire and teacher questionnaire),examination(including three basic examinations,professional examinations and practical examinations),and tracking of students'whereabouts(i.e.long-term evaluation of comprehensive ability)were all higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching reform of respiratory medicine,the application of situational simulation teaching has a definite effect,which can improve the satisfaction of interns,improve their theories and skills of respiratory medicine,improve their comprehensive ability,and improve the satisfaction of interns and teachers.
