摘 要:目的评价情景模拟结合Mini-CEX教学法对提升儿科住院医师医患沟通能力的效果。方法选择2016年9月至2019年6月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院儿科轮转的住院医师共32人为研究对象,按照奇偶法分成两组,每组16人。实验组采用情景模拟结合Mini-CEX教学法,对照组采用基础教学法。对比分析两组理论与实践操作考核分数、住院医师沟通能力提升率。结果与对照组各数值相比,实验组考核分数较好,沟通能力提升率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科患者相比成人患者在病况特征、沟通特征方面更为复杂。对此,儿科专业住院医师须接受大量的理论培训及实践演练。情景模拟结合Mini-CEX的训练和评估体系能够提升住院医师临场发挥能力,提升训练效果,提高临床胜任力。Objective This article aimed to evaluate the effect of situational simulation combined with a Mini-CEX teaching method in improving the doctor-patient collunication ability of pediatric residents.Method 32 residents were selected in the study during their rotations in pediatrics dePartment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University Hospital from September 2016 to June 2019.They was divided into two groups with the standards of parity method,16 people in each group.The experimental group were taught with the scene simulations combined with the Mini-CEX teaching method,while the control group used the traditional teaching method.Theoretical and operational skill scores of both groups were analyzed,and the improvement rate of doctorpatient conummication ability after training was counted.Results Compared with the data of the control group,the test scores of the experimental group were better,and the improvement rate of collunication ability was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric patients are more complicated than adult patients in terms of disease characteristics and collunication difficulties.In this regard,pediatric physicians in standardized residency training need to undergo a lot of theoretical training and clinical practice.The situational simulation combined with the training and evaluation system of Mini-CEX can improve residents’ability to play on the spot,improve the training effect and improve clinical competence.
