教育研究如何影响教育决策?——以美国缩小班级规模研究与政策为例

摘　　要：教育研究知识作为数据、观点和论证在教育决策过程中发挥着影响。相应地,研究运用于决策的方式有工具模式、观念模式和策略模式三类。美国班级规模研究在历经半个多世纪中,影响了各州的教育改革实践,呈现出了教育研究影响决策的完整面貌。由此看出,我国还需进一步增强研究与决策之间的互动,提供更多质量高、说服力强的研究成果,并鼓励研究与政策的“中间人”发挥积极作用。Educational research knowledge,as data,ideas,and arguments,plays a role in educational decision-making.Correspondingly,there are three types of research methods used in decision-making:instrumental model,conceptual model and strategic model.Class size research in America has affected the state's education reform practice for more than half a century,and it also shows the complete face of education research affecting decision-making.This shows that we need to strengthen the interaction between research and decision-making,provide more high-quality and persuasive research knowledge,and encourage the"mediator"of research and policy to play an active role.
