摘  要:本文对各主要极地水域航行船舶结构规范的载荷定义,结构加强原则等作扼要评述。基于中国船舶与海洋工程设计研究院(MARIC)近期设计的某PC3级极地科考船型,就极地船型结构设计基础性问题,如总纵强度评估、破冰功率估算、低温环境结构选材设计等展开讨论,阐明了此类船型结构规范设计要点。通过比较分析,重点讨论了冰级(破冰厚度)、主要船型参数(排水量、船宽、肋距等)、腐蚀/磨蚀余量等因素对外板尺度的影响。In this paper,the definition of design ice loads and the principle of structural reinforcement in several ice-strengthen rules for ships sailing in polar waters are briefly reviewed.Based on a PC3 polar research vessel recently designed by Marine Design and Research Institute of China(MARIC),some basic problems of the structural design of polar vessel,such as longitudinal strength evaluation,ice breaking engine output estimation,structure material selection design in low air temperature environment and so on,are discussed.Furthermore,through comparative study among those rules,the effects of ice class(ice breaking thickness),hull principal characteristics(tonnage,breadth,frame spacing,etc.)and corrosion/abrasion allowance upon the structural scantlings are discussed here.
