摘　　要："互联网+"的发展和智能手机的普及推动了网络短视频平台的迅猛发展。此类平台为使用者带来乐趣的同时存在诸多问题。文章调查了高职院校学生使用短视频平台的情况,描绘出高职院校学生使用短视频平台的基本现状,并揭示了使用短视频平台对高职院校学生学习、身心、行为、交往等产生的负面影响,高职学生沉迷于短视频平台,希望相关部门及此类平台可以采取相关措施提高视频内容质量、控制视频使用时间。The development of internet plus and the popularization of smart phones have promoted the development of short video platforms. While such platforms bring fun to users, many problems have been arisen. The paper is conducted on short video platforms used by students in vocational colleges, involving the situations of the use of short video platforms, the negative impacts on students’ learning, behaviors, physical and mental health, communication, etc. It is found that although students in vocational colleges are addicted to platforms, they hope that relevant departments and such platforms will take measures to improve the quality of videos and control the use time of video.
