摘  要:药物化学作为连接化学与生命科学的重要交叉学科,在药学专业人才培养中至关重要。随着信息科学的高速发展,传统的药物化学教学模式难以满足我国培养高质量新药研发人才的需求。通过更新教学理念、创新教学方法,利用计算机构建药物分子、蛋白分子的三维分子模型,能够形象生动地展示药物分子立体构型与构象、药物的构效关系以及药物与作用靶点的结合方式等,更加生动地展示药物化学课程的教学内容,以期激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量。Medicinal chemistry is an important interdisciplinary subject of chemistry and life sciences.However,the traditional teaching mode of medicinal chemistry is difficult to meet the development needs of cultivating high-quality new-drug researchers in China.By updating teaching concepts and innovating teaching methods,using the three-dimensional molecular model software,it visually displays the stereo configuration and conformation of drug molecules,structure-activity relationship and stereoselective reaction,and the inductive fit of drug molecules and targets,clarifying the teaching value in medicinal chemistry.This study establishes innovative teaching methods with the purpose of stimulating students’interest in medicinal chemistry,improving the quality of teaching,training high-quality talents in pharmacy under the new situation,and promoting the development of new drugs in pharmaceutical industry.
