摘　　要：药品质量管理技术是高职药学类专业的一门重要的专业课程,其知识点多、内容抽象、理论性强。该课程教学存在教学内容与生产脱节、专业教师欠缺探索创新动力、机械使用特定教学模式、答题式讲课频繁、考评方法单一等系列问题。以江苏食品药品职业技术学院药品质量检测技术专业为例,通过优化教学内容、把控教学节奏、运用趣味教学法、社团技能竞赛与课程相结合、完善考核办法等措施,进行教学改革与实践,并取得较好的教学效果。对于高职院校培养药品质量检测技术专业应用型人才,改革课程教学体系具有实践意义。Drug Quality Management Techniques is one of the important public subjects of the pharmacy major in vocational colleges,and its content is abstract,theoretical and full of a large number of knowledge.There are many problems about the course teaching,for example,the teaching contents and production is disjointed,professional teachers lack innovation motivation and mechanically use specific teaching mode,answer-style way of teaching is frequently used and appraisal method is relatively single.To take drug quality detection major in Jiangsu Food and Pharmaceutical Science College as example,through the optimization of teaching content,control of teaching rhythm,comprehensive use of interesting teaching methods,combination of student association skills competitions with courses,and improvement of assessment methods,the teaching reform and practice of this course have been effectively carried out,and good teaching results have been achieved,which has practical significance for the cultivation of applied talents of drug quality detection major and the reform of course teaching system in higher vocational colleges.
