摘　　要：校企合作是目前我国高职院校常采用的一种专业人才培养模式,它能突显药品生产技术专业的教育理念,深化学校和企业之间的深度融合,开发并创新示范性的校企合作项目,推动药品生产技术专业人才培养的进程。以高职院校药品生产技术专业为例,对校企合作中出现的问题进行分析,并提出有效的校企合作的对策,实现药品生产企业、高职院校、学生、家长四方都受益的共赢目标。School-enterprise cooperation is a professional talent training model that is often used in higher vocational colleges in China. It highlights the educational concept of pharmaceutical production technology, deepens the integration between schools and enterprises, develops and innovates demonstration school-enterprise cooperation project, and promotes the process of training pharmaceutical professionals. Taking the pharmaceutical production technology specialty of higher vocational colleges as an example, the paper analyzes the problems of school-enterprise cooperation, and proposes effective countermeasures for school-enterprise cooperation, and achieves a win-win goal for pharmaceutical manufacturers,higher vocational colleges, students, and students’ parents.
