摘　　要：办好网络教育、办好继续教育是党的十九大提出的新要求,校外学习中心作为继续教育体系的重要组成部分,在新时代需要有新的使命担当。笔者从新形势下社会各方面转型升级对继续教育的需求入手,分析了校外学习中心目前存在的问题,并对其未来的发展发向提出了一些建议。Improve online and continuous education is the new requirements at the 19th National Congress of Communist Party of China.As the important part of the continuing education system,off-campus learning centers must have new mission and responsibility.We analyzed the main problems of off-campus learning centers in the new situation from the continuous education’s adaption to society,and some suggestions for future development are put forward.
