智慧教学雨课堂在过程性考核评价中的应用——以专业课《焙烤食品工艺学》为例

摘　　要：如何通过考核全面把控学生对知识的掌握情况,已经成为高等学校教师所面临的重要任务。本文以专业课程《焙烤食品工艺学》为例,介绍利用智慧教学雨课堂和过程性考核模式,全程监控学生的学习过程和学习效果。教学效果证明利用智慧教学模式可以对专业课程进行客观公正的考核评价,是一种适合高等院校教学发展的考核模式。It has become an important task for higher teachers to comprehensively control students’ mastery of knowledge through examination. This paper is based on professional course "Baked Food Technology" as an example, it introduces how to use wisdom teaching rain classroom and procedural examination mode to monitor students’ learning process and learning effect. The teaching result proves that the wisdom teaching mode can be used for objective and fair evaluation of professional courses. It is a suitable assessment model for the development of teaching in colleges.
