摘　　要：当前我国对高职教育教学的特色发展高度重视,国务院出台《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》,教育部等六部委发布《现代职业教育体系建设规划(2014-2020年)》。高职院校学术期刊,作为其特色发展路径之一,对高职教育教学发展有突出的辅助作用。一方面,高职院校期刊发展态势逐渐好转。另一方面,发展困境也日渐明显,如稿件质量突破不佳、期刊影响因子不高、管理机制运营不畅、人才体制建设不足等现实问题,政法高职院校期刊境况亦同。为促进高职院校期刊长足发展,以政法类高职学术期刊为范本,从内外两方面着力,探求适合其学术期刊转型发展的路径。At present,China attaches great importance to the characteristic development of higher vocational education.The State Council has issued the decision on accelerating the development of modern vocational education,and six ministries and commissions,including the ministry of education,have issued the construction plan of modern vocational education system(2014-2020).As one of its characteristic development paths,academic journals in higher vocational colleges play a prominent auxiliary role in the development of higher vocational education.On one hand,the development trend of journals in higher vocational colleges is gradually improving;on the other hand,the development dilemma is also increasingly obvious,such as the loose article quality control,the low influence factor of journals,the unsmooth operation of management mechanism,the insufficient talent system construction and other practical problems.The same is true of journals in higher vocational colleges of politics and law.In order to promote the long-term development of journals,this paper takes academic journals of higher vocational colleges of politics and law as the model,and explores the path suitable for the transformation and development of academic journals from internal and external aspects.
