摘 要:目的探讨微信平台联合CBL教学法在病理实验教学中的应用。方法以山西医科大学汾阳学院2016级护理专业本科学生为研究对象,其中两个小班为对照组,另外两个小班为实验组,对照组(59人)采用传统教学模式,实验组(57人)采用微信平台联合CBL教学法,课程结束后,通过问卷调查和理论考试来比较两组教学效果。结果实验组主观题成绩、实验成绩和总成绩均高于对照组的成绩;实验组82.4%的学生接受微信平台联合CBL教学法,并且这种教学法有利于学生多种能力的提高。结论微信平台联合CBL教学法在病理实验教学中优于传统教学法,能够提高病理学实验教学效果。Objective To explore the application of CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in pathological experiment teaching.Methods 2016 grade nursing undergraduate students in Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University were chosen in this study.Two classes were used as control group,and the other two classes were used as experimental group.The control group(n=59)used the traditional teaching method.The experimental group(n=57)adopted the CBL teaching method based on the WeChat platform.After the end of the course,tests scores and questionnaire survey were analyzed.Results The total scores,experimental results and subjective item scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,82.4%of the students in the experimental group accepted CBL teaching method based on the WeChat platform,and this teaching method is conducive to the improvement of students'multiple abilities.Conclusion CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in pathological experiment teaching can achieve significantly better teaching effect than traditional teaching method,and could effectively improve the quality of teaching.
