摘  要:以天津某高职院校5名教师和330名学生为调研对象,采用自编访谈提纲和调查问卷,用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果显示,高职英语分层教学实施方案比较详尽,学生总体满意度比较高,实施效果良好,但学生对学校英语分层教学的满意度极为显著地低于对英语分层教学的赞同度,高职英语分层教学仍有很大完善与改进空间,尤其是在英语教学方式、成绩评定、英语教材、层级流动等方面。鉴于此,课题组提出以下优化策略:加强顶层设计,提高分层科学性;创新教学方式,增强教学趣味性;科学评定成绩,提高评价客观性;丰富教学内容,满足需求多样性;加强层级流动,调动学习积极性。The paper applies questionnaire and interview to investigate 5 teachers and 330 students in one vocational college in Tianjin. The author of the paper makes a statistical analysis of the data collected by using SPSS 17.0 and the result shows that the hierarchical English teaching plan college has formed is implemented well and the effect is satisfied by most students. The satisfaction degree students show with the hierarchical English teaching is lower than their approval degree which manifests that the hierarchical English teaching in vocational colleges still has space to expand, especially in the aspects of English teaching methods, performance evaluation, textbook choice, and hierarchical flow. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes some optimization strategies as strengthening the top-level design to improve the scientific nature of stratification;innovating teaching methods to add the pleasure of students’ learning;evaluating more objectively and scientifically;enriching the teaching content to meet the diverse needs of students;managing suitable hierarchical flow to enhance the enthusiasm for learning.
