摘　　要：知识经济时代,人力资本在企业发展过程中贡献和性质的转变,为实现企业价值共创奠定了基础,同时也为参与公司治理的提供契机。合伙人制度作为公司治理制度的新型产物,是在企业外部环境和财富分享机制发生剧变的情形下,从利益关系和管理机制两个维度对企业传统治理方式的创新。本文在知识经济时代的背景下,以人力资本参与企业价值共创过程为研究基点,探讨合伙人制度作为一种融合劳资关系的权益均衡机制及其治理创新的路径。In the era of knowledge economy,the transformation of human capital's contribution and nature in the process of enterprise development lays the foundation for the realization of enterprise value co-creation,and also provides an opportunity to participate in corporate governance.As a new product of corporate governance system,partnership system is an innovation of traditional corporate governance from two dimensions of interest relationship and management mechanism in the case of drastic changes in the external environment and wealth sharing mechanism of the enterprise.Under the background of knowledge economy,based on the process of human capital participating in the value co-creation of enterprises,this paper discusses the partnership system as an equity balance mechanism integrating labor relations and the path of governance innovation.
