石圪台选煤厂员工培训管理与实践

摘　　要：为了充分提高员工的业务技能和安全意识,使员工能够更好地胜任本岗位工作,创建学习型企业,让知识为安全生产保驾护航,石圪台选煤厂结合实际情况,建立了完善的培训组织机构,明确了各机构的职责,并根据培训的性质将培训分为安全培训、技能培训、特种作业培训、综合培训4类,并制定了培训管理办法。选煤厂通过严控培训计划制定、培训过程管控、培训效果检查与考评,并采用评选技术带头人和优秀课件的鼓励方式,促进了员工技能的稳步提升,保障了安全生产和设备稳定运行,为选煤厂的提质增效奠定了坚实的基础。In order to fully improve the staff’s skills and safety awareness,make the staff better competent for the job,create a learning enterprise,and let knowledge protect the safety of production,combined with the actual situation of Shigetai Coal Preparation Plant,the perfect training organization was established,the responsibilities of each organization were defined,the training was divided into safety training,skill training,special operation training and comprehensive training according to the nature of the training,and the training management methods were formulated.Through the strict control of training plan formulation,training process control,training effect inspection and evaluation,and the encouragement of selecting technical leaders and excellent courseware,the steady improvement of staff skills was promoted,the safety production and stable operation of equipment were ensured,and a solid foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of the coal preparation plant was established.
