摘 要:人本主义学派代表人物马斯洛在《人类动机的理论》一书中提出了需要层次理论,他将人的需求从低到高分成生理需要、安全需要、社交需要、尊重需要以及自我实现需要。该理论框架为应用型高校思政教师分析学生的身心状况提供了崭新的方向,从马斯洛需要层次理论出发,以《国家职业教育改革实施方案》为指导,思政教师可以根据应用型大学生的需求发现问题,通过问题分析,掌握规律、总结经验教训,高质量地完成大学生的思想政治教育工作。Maslow,a representative of the humanistic school,proposed the Hierarchy of Needs in his book"Theories of Human Motivation".He divided human needs from low to high into physiological needs,safety needs,social needs,respect needs,and self-actualization needs.This theoretical framework provides a new direction for the ideological and political teachers of applied colleges to analyze the physical and mental conditions of students.Starting from Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and guided by the"National Implementation Plan of Vocational Education Reform",ideological and political teachers can discover the problems according to the needs of applied college students,summarize the experience and lessons through problem analysis and master the laws,and complete the ideological and political education of college students with high quality.
