摘 要:近年来普遍的工资上涨给实体企业带来一定经营压力,工资与利润的关系成为人们关注的焦点。基于中国工业企业数据库微观数据与省级宏观统计数据构建PVAR模型,通过脉冲响应与方差分解,实证分析了工资、劳动生产率、利润与吸纳劳动力的长期动态传导机制与交互影响。研究结果表明,工资与利润能够实现同向增长,且这一同向增长是通过发挥工资激励职能激励劳动者积极性、提高劳动生产率实现的;利润增加能够促进企业吸纳更多劳动力;这一模式在非国有企业表现更为明显迅速。研究结果有助于厘清工资与利润的关系,为实现更高质量和更充分就业提供现实路径,通过微观工资激励来实现宏观劳动者、企业与社会的合作共赢。Absrtact:In recent years,the general wage increase has brought certain operational pressure to entity enterprises,and the relationship between wage and profit is emerging as focal points.A PVAR model is built with micro-level data of Chinese Industrial Enterprises and macro-level statistical data,and the long-term dynamics and interaction mechanisms of wage,labor productivity,profit and labor absorption has been empirically analyzed through GMM estimation,impulse response function and variance decomposition.The results show that:(1)when the incentive function of wage is taken into use in the long-term,it will encourage the enthusiasm of labors and increase the labor productivity,so that it can realize mutual growth for both wage and profit;(2)since the enterprises has increased profit,it will expand and increase labor demand;(3)this model is more prompt and effective in non-state-owned enterprises.The research help to clarify the relationship between wage and profit,and provide a realistic path for achieving higher quality and fuller employment,thereby fulfill win-win cooperation between workers,enterprises and the society through incentive function of wage.
