面向“一带一路”的外语翻译人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：深入分析了面向“一带一路”的外语翻译人才培养的重要意义,讨论了外语翻译人才培养所面临的主要问题,包括社会对学生能力的要求与学生的综合能力之间的不匹配、语种教学体系与社会需求不匹配、教师的素质能力与教学需要不匹配、课程设置和市场需求不匹配、翻译人才的准入机制和评估机制不完善,并从平台建设、师资建设、人才培养“特区”建设、国际化办学路径和社会资源整合5方面进行了外语翻译人才培养的路径探究。This paper deeply analyzes the significance of talent training for the“Belt and Road”-oriented foreign language translation talent,and discusses the main problems faced by the foreign language translation talent training,including the mismatch between the social requirements for students′ability and the students′comprehensive ability,the language teaching system and social needs,teachers′quality ability and teaching demand,the curriculum design and market demand,the imperfect access mechanism of translation talent and its evaluation mechanism.Furthermore,the paper explores the path of foreign language translation talents training from five aspects:platform construction,teacher construction,talent training“special zone”construction,internationalized running school path and integration of social resources.
