摘 要:目的探讨教师标准化患者(TSSP)联合案例教学法在医学生医患沟通技能提升中的作用。方法选取昆明医科大学148名2016级本科生,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采取传统大课讲授加经典案例讨论进行医患沟通技能培训,实验组在传统大课讲授基础上,采用TSSP联合案例教学法培训,培训结束后应用医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE量表)评估学生的医患沟通能力。结果实验组SEGUE量表评分高于对照组,主要表现在准备、信息收集、信息给予和理解患者4个维度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TSSP联合案例教学更有利于提升医学生的医患沟通技能,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effects of combining the teacher simulate standardized patient(TSSP)with clinical cases teaching methods on the improvement of doctor-patient communication skills among medical students.Method A total of 148 undergraduate students of grade 2016 from Kunming Medical University were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group were given traditional lectures and clinical case discussions to improve their doctor-patient communication skills.The experimental group accepted the TSSP combined with clinical cases teaching on the basis of the traditional lectures.After the training,the SEGUE framework was applied to assess the students'doctor-patient communication skills.Results The SEGUE scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group in four key areas:preparation,information collection,information administration and understanding patients.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TSSP combined with clinical cases teaching is more conducive to advancing doctor-patient communication skills in medical students,which is worthy of application and promotion.
