摘 要:近年来,关于大学外语教育改革、英语专业转型的呼声不断,但是究竟应该如何转、转向哪里,尚未达成统一意见。大学外语改革问题属于外语教育规划问题,应该放在外语教育规划框架,甚至是语言规划框架内进行考虑。运用Payne的外语教育规划框架中的子框架"如何评价外语教育规划政策的实施效果"对我国高等外语教育现状进行分析,旨在理清我国高等外语教育现状,为进一步的高等外语教育规划工作提供参考。分析结果表明,目前我国培养的外语专业人数的确超出了市场的需求,而外语专业学生质量在一定程度上不能充分满足市场需求。外语教学改革需要在充分了解未来国家、社会、市场需求的基础上,在外语教育规划的框架下结合教育本身的发展规律进行。In recent years,there have been urgent calls for the reform of college foreign language education.However,there are different opinions about how to carry out the reform.The author believes that the issue of college foreign language reform belongs to foreign language education planning,which should be considered in the framework of foreign language education planning,or even considered in the framework of language planning.Therefore,this paper analyzes the current situation of college foreign language education in China by using the sub-framework of foreign language education planning framework proposed by Payne,in order to evaluate the implementation effect of foreign language education planning and provide reference for further college foreign language education planning.The results show that the number of foreign language graduates at present exceeds the market demand,while the quality of foreign language students,to some extent,can′t meet the market requirement.The reform of foreign language teaching should be conducted on the basis of fully understanding the needs of the country,society and market,as well as understanding the development of foreign language education.
