摘  要:随着国家对公立医院绩效考核提出新的要求,公平性问题成为了关注的重点。笔者通过总结经验,深入分析科室绩效考核在分配、程序、互动3个方面产生的公平性问题,最后提出建议对策,为公立医院提升绩效水平提供借鉴。As the state puts forward new requirements for the performance appraisal of public hospitals,the issue of fairness has become the focus of attention.By summing up the experience,the author deeply analyzes the fairness problems arising from the distribution,procedure and interaction of the performance appraisal of the department and finally puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures to provide a reference for the public hospitals to improve their performance.
