摘 要:目的 探究茶黄素(TFs)预处理剂能否在粘结初期及人工唾液老化后对树脂-牙本质粘结面产生保护作用.方法 用20μmol/L浓度的TFs预处理剂进行实验,2%氯己定处理组作为阳性对照组,未做处理的离体牙组作为阴性对照组.通过测量各组即刻和老化后的微拉伸强度(TBS),比较预处理剂的效果.结果 TFs预处理组的TBS在即刻微拉伸试验中与阴性对照组差异无统计学意义(P=0.611),低于阳性对照组(P<0.001).在老化微拉伸试验中,预处理组的TBS高于阴性对照组(P=0.002),低于阳性对照组(P<0.001).电镜观察发现在老化处理后,与阴性对照组相比TFs能更好保存牙本质胶原纤维.结论 TFs预处理剂有利于树脂-牙本质粘结界面的抗老化,但对初期粘结强度无明显影响.Objective To investigate whether the theaflavins(TFs)pretreatment agent can protect the resin-dentin bonding surface at the initial stage of bonding and after artificial saliva aging.Methods Experiments were performed with a 20μmol/L TFs pretreatment agent.The 2%chlorhexidine treated group was used as a positive control group,and the untreated isolated tooth group was used as a negative control group.The effects of pretreatment agents were compared by measuring the micro—tensile strength(TBS)of each group immediately or after aging.Results The TBS in the TFs pretreatment group was not statistically different from the negative control group in the immediate micro tensile test(P=0.611),and was lower than the positive control group(^*<0.001).In the aging microtensile test,the TBS of the pretreatment group was higher than that of the negative control group(P=0.002)and lower than that of the positive control group(P<0.001).Electron microscopy observations revealed that TFs preserved dentin collagen fibers better than the negative control group after aging treatment.Conclusion The TFs pretreatment agent is beneficial to the anti—aging of the resin-dentin bonding interface,but has no significant effect on the initial bonding strength.
