摘　　要：基于目前我国高校英语教师队伍建设、教师教学能力发展现状与高等教育发展需求之间存在诸多矛盾,针对我国此领域现有研究的问题和不足,文章将奈德·赫曼博士提出的“全脑优势”理论模型与高校英语教师教学能力进行结合研究,构建“全脑优势”视域下高校英语教师教学能力结构模型。In view of the contradictions between the building of teaching facility,the current status of teaching ability and the requirement of higher education development,in the light of the problems and deficiencies of the current research in this field in China,this paper combines the HBDI put forward by Dr.Hermann with the teaching ability research of college English teachers,and constructs a structural model of teaching ability of college English teachers from the perspective of HBDI.
