摘 要:目的探究以问题为导向学习法结合思维导图用于护理学教学中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月来本院实习的护理专科生,应用整群抽样法,抽取护理专科生80例为研究对象。随机分为对照组39例和实验组41例。对照组实施常规护理教学模式,实验组在对照组基础上应用以问题为导向学习法结合思维导图护理教学模式。观察两组理论测试成绩以及教学效果评价。结果实施教学后,实验组选择题、填空题、名词解释题、简答题、分析题、总分分别为(25.36±3.56)分、(13.76±1.42)分、(14.38±1.41)分、(25.11±1.78)分、(28.25±3.56)分、(76.48±4.80)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);实验组学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价、人际关系技能、总分分别为(46.78±4.19)分、(47.76±3.42)分、(47.81±4.61)分、(48.66±4.18)分、(47.69±4.58)分、(229.37±15.49)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论以问题为导向学习法结合思维导图用于护理学教学中有利于学生对护理学知识的理解以及记忆,提高学习效率。同时提高学生学习技巧,有助于发展学生的自主学习能力。Objective To study the application value of problem-oriented learning method thinking map in nursing teaching.Methods 80 nursing students taking internship at our hospital from June,2018 to June,2019 were selected as the research objects by cluster sampling method,and were randomly divided into a control group(n=39)and an experimental group(n=41).The control group carried out the routine nursing teaching mode;and the experimental group applied the nursing teaching mode of problem-oriented learning method and thinking map on the basis of the control group.and The theoretical test results of the two groups were observed;and the teaching effects were evaluated.Results After the teaching,the scores of choice questions,filling questions,noun explanation,short answer questions,and analysis and the total score were(25.36±3.56),(13.76±1.42),(14.38±1.41),(25.11±1.78),(28.25±3.56),and(76.48±4.80)in the experimental group,which were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of learning consciousness,learning strategy,learning behavior,learning evaluation interpersonal relationship skills and the total score were(46.78±4.19),(47.76±3.42),(47.81±4.61),(48.66±4.18),(47.69±4.58),and(229.37±15.49)in the experimental group,which were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Problem-oriented learning method combined with mind map is helpful for students to understand and memorize nursing knowledge and improve their learning efficiency and learning skills and help them develop their autonomous learning ability.
