摘 要:2018年10-12月在湖南省内652个冷库、肉品加工厂及超市等场点,对1 356个批次的产品中随机抽取4 787份猪肉及其产品,使用荧光定量PCR方法进行非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)核酸检测。结果显示,有77份样品ASFV核酸阳性,阳性率为1.6%;阳性样品类型包括冻猪肉、肥膘、板油、冻猪肚、冻猪内脏、腊肉、香肠、水饺、冻猪舌等,至少有33份阳性样品来自外省,占总阳性数的42.9%,生产时间最早为2018年4月份;表明我省ASFV疫情的最早传播可能来自肉产品。From October to December 2018,4 787 pork and its products were randomly selected from 1 356 batches of products in 652 cold storage,meat processing plants,supermarkets and other sites in Hunan Province,and using real-time quantitative PCR method to detect ASFV.The results showed that 77 samples were positive for ASFV nucleic acid,with a positive rate of 1.6%.The positive samples included frozen pork,fat,suet,frozen pork belly,frozen pork internal organs,bacon,sausage,dumplings,frozen pork tongue,etc.At least 33 positive samples were from other provinces,accounting for 42.9% of the total positive samples and the earliest production date was April 2018.It indicates that the earliest source of ASF infection in our province may come from meat products.
