摘  要:基于成果导向理念对高职物流管理专业的人才培养目标、培养规格设计进行了探索,并参照悉尼协议的培养规格要求,提炼出物流管理专业6大核心能力:融合能力、协作能力、专业能力、执行能力、学习能力、社会能力,并对专业核心能力与学校核心能力的关联性作对应分析。成果导向理念中的专业核心能力即为学生毕业时的学习成果。Based on Outcome-based Theory, this paper explores the training objectives and training specification design of logistics management professionals in higher vocational education, and abstracts the six core competencies of logistics management according to the requirements of Sydney Accord, which are fusion ability, cooperation ability, professional ability, execution ability, learning ability and social ability and makes a correspondence analysis of the correlation between professional core competence and institute core competence. The professional core competence of outcome-based theory is the learning achievements of students when they graduate.
