摘 要:利用超声波热水浴辅助浸提黄粉虫中的总黄酮类化合物,在单因素试验基础上,采用正交优化提取工艺条件,结果表明:液料比20∶1,浸提时间30 min,浸提温度60℃,在此条件下黄粉虫黄酮提取得率为11.94 mg/mL.同时抗氧化活性的研究表明,黄粉虫黄酮提取液对超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基清除能力随着浓度的增加而增强,对O-2·自由基和·OH自由基的IC50分别为0.087 mg/mL和0.40 mg/mL,在相同的正交优化条件下,黄粉虫黄酮提取液的抗氧化效果为:芦丁>黄粉虫黄酮>VC,表明黄粉虫黄酮具有较好的抗氧化剂之功效.Ultrasonic hot water bath was used to assist the extraction of total flavonoids from Tenebrio molitor.On the basis of single factor experiment,orthogonal optimization was used to optimize the extraction process conditions.The results showed that the extraction yield of flavonoids from Tenebrio molitor was 11.94 mg/mL under the conditions of liquid-to-material ratio of 20:1,extraction time of 30 min and extraction temperature of 60℃.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of TF was 11.94 mg/g.The IC50 values of O-2·and·OH.free radical scavenging abilities were 0.087 mg/mL and 0.40 mg/mL,respectively.Antioxidant assays revealed that the TF from Tenebrio molitor obtained by Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method exhibited higher scavenging effects on superoxide anions and hydroxyl radicals than Vc while lower than Rutin,which indicating that the Tenebrio molitor flavonoids has better antioxidant effect.
