摘 要:目的了解省级疾病预防控制中心食品安全风险监测食品污染物及有害因素质量保证情况。提出加强质量保证的建议。方法统计省级疾病预防控制中心食品污染物及有害因素检测项目通过实验室认可的数据,计算得出质量保证指数和普及指数。结果东部省份疾病预防控制中心比中部和西部质量保证指数平均高18%;4个项目普及指数> 90,双酚A及并殖吸虫认可率和普及指数均低。结论各省份质量保证指数总体偏低,地区有明显差距,东部省份优于中西部省份。食品污染物及有害因素检测能力提升与实验室认可的质量管理工作衔接不通畅。Objective To understand the quality assurance situation of food contaminants and harmful factors in provincial CDC and offer suggestions on strengthening quality assurance. Methods According to the statistics of the food contaminants and harmful factors item which accredited by CNAS in provincial CDC,calculate quality assurance index and popularization index.Results The quality assurance index of provincial CDC in eastern was about 18% higher than that in central and western provinces;4 item popularization index were more than 90. Bis phenol A and paragonimus’ accreditation rate and popularization index are both low. Conclusion Quality assurance of each province is generally low,there is an obvious gap between eastern and middle-western regions,but it is better in the eastern. There is no effective linkage between detection capability improvement of food contaminants and harmful factors items and quality management of laboratory accreditation.
